• What is ALLU Rewards?

  ALLU Rewards is a form of appreciation for your trust and loyalty in selling luxury goods at ALLU. Every transaction you make now earns points that can be exchanged for extra cash bonuses and various other attractive bonuses!

• How to join ALLU Rewards?

  By selling luxury goods on ALLU and having accumulated transactions worth VND 10,000,000, you’ll automatically become a Gold tier ALLU Rewards member. So, start shopping and receive a MAP shopping voucher as a new member bonus!

• How do I check my ALLU Rewards membership tier?

  Information regarding membership tiers can be viewed by logging into your ALLU Rewards account at rewards.allu.vn using the email registered with ALLU.

• How do I upgrade to a Platinum Member?

  As a Gold Member, continue to increase your luxury goods transactions on ALLU until your total accumulated sales reach VND 350,000,000 to become a Platinum Member.

  Please note, Platinum Members may be downgraded to Gold if they do not achieve VND 350,000,000 in accumulated transactions within a six-month period.

• Will my tier decrease after redeeming points?

  No. The use of points, in any amount, will not affect your membership tier. So please redeem the points you have without worry.

• What's the difference between Gold & Platinum?

  Platinum members can get special service priority, with faster platinum customer service, double earn points more than gold members, and a referral program.

• How to contact Platinum Customer Service?

  Click on Platinum Customer Service in your ALLU Rewards account.
  *Make sure you don’t delete the reply template to access Platinum Customer Service.

• How to earn ALLU Rewards points?

  Every transaction selling luxury goods in multiples of VND 150,000 will generate points according to your membership tier. The higher the tier, the more points you earn. Please note that points will be credited to your ALLU Rewards account a maximum of 2 working days after the transaction is made.

  Especially for Platinum Members, you can also earn points by inviting relatives to make luxury goods sales transactions at ALLU using your unique referral code! Points will be credited to the ALLU Rewards account every beginning of the month, calculated based on the total transactions in the previous month.

• How do I check my points balance?

  Information regarding the number of points you have collected can be viewed by logging into your ALLU Rewards account at https://rewards.allu.vn/ using the email registered with ALLU.

• Where can I redeem ALLU Rewards points and when?

  ALLU Rewards points can be exchanged at all ALLU branches in the Vietnam, with a minimum redemption requirement of 150,000 points.

• Do the points I earn have an expiration date?

  Yes, ALLU Rewards points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. If this period passes or your membership status is no longer active, the points will expire.

• How do I redeem my points for a cash bonus voucher?

  Claim your cash bonus voucher by following these steps:

  • Log in to your ALLU Rewards account at https://rewards.allu.vn/ using the email registered with ALLU.
  • Select the desired amount from the Rewards menu and click ‘Claim’.
  • The successfully declared voucher will be available in My Rewards and ready to use by showing it to an ALLU Value Designer.
• Are there any specific requirements for using the cash bonus voucher?

  The cash bonus voucher can be used without a minimum transaction requirement with the following conditions:

  • Maximum cash bonus value is 50% of the total transaction, with a maximum limit of VND 15,000,000.
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Do claimed cash bonus vouchers have an expiration date?

  Yes. Cash bonus vouchers are valid for 1 month after being declared and will automatically expire if not used within that period.

• Can you explain the 'Welcome cash bonus' benefit?

  • As an ALLU Rewards member, enjoy a special birthday benefit of 2 times more points when making luxury goods sale transactions.

  As a Platinum Member privilege, earn a commission by inviting friends and relatives to conduct luxury goods sales transactions at ALLU using your unique referral code!

• How the 'Referral Program' commission works?

  When a Platinum member refers to a new customer to ALLU (who has never transacted before) using their referral code, the Platinum member earns a commission

  • Maximum monthly commission: VND 15,000,000.
  • Commission is transferred to the Platinum member’s account at the beginning of each month, based on the total transactions from the previous month.
